Immune Elixirs Workshop Saturday, October 27th, 12-3pm
Come spend an afternoon with Dr. Sarah Buck learning to make some of her favorite herbal syrup preparations of the immune-boosting botanicals elderberry and rose hips. There will be guest-stars from the plant world to make your syrups unique and efficacious. Discussion of the medicinal qualities of the botanicals will accompany the bubbling and boiling.
All herbs will be provided. You will take home two 8oz. bottles of syrup to begin using in your life right away!
